Parades at MSA 2023

The Midwest Shrine Association this year is holding its annual Midwest convention in Alexandria MN. The MSA consists of Shriners from 6 states and 2 provinces in Canada.

Shriners are those guys with those funny hats, called Fez’s. Another distinguishing characteristic is participating in your local community parades. Shriners entertain crowds at parades to raise money to help support the 22 Shrine hospitals, clinics and burn centers at Shriners Children’s across the country to support kids to have normal, active and healthy lives at no charge to them or the family. At this MSA there are two parades scheduled, one in Alexandria on Thursday August 24 at 5:30 PM, and one in Glenwood on Saturday August 26 at 10:30 AM. Route maps can be found below!
